Welcome to SlammedTracker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our vehicle tracking application and related services (the "Service") operated by SlammedTracker ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using SlammedTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use SlammedTracker
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SlammedTracker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

User Content

Your Data

• You retain ownership of all vehicle information, photos, and data you upload
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide
• You must have the right to upload any photos or documents you share

Data Backup

• While we maintain backups, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data
• We are not liable for any loss of user content or data

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Security Violations: Attempting to breach security measures or access restricted areas
• System Abuse: Overloading servers or interfering with Service operation
• Content Violations: Uploading illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Privacy Violations: Sharing other users' personal information without consent
• Commercial Misuse: Using the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• SlammedTracker name, logo, and software are our intellectual property
• All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your vehicle data and uploaded content
• You can export your data at any time
• You may terminate your account and delete your data

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer

• SlammedTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy of vehicle valuations or market data
• The Service is for informational purposes only
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on Service data

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of SlammedTracker.

Termination

Your Right to Terminate

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
• Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days
• After 30 days, your account and data will be permanently deleted

Our Right to Terminate

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days' notice
• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SlammedTracker is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top
• Sending email notifications for material changes

Your continued use of SlammedTracker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
